1. At just 25 minutes, there’s no excuse not to fit a workout in.  If I skip I have to own being lazy.  So I don’t skip.
  2. After just 13 minutes, I’m more than half-way done.
  3. If I have to workout while the kids are home, I can do so without feeling guilty.  It’s only 25 minutes!
  4. I can workout, shower, get dressed, do my hair and makeup in less than an hour.
  5. I modify intense exercises to protect my beat up ex-gymnastics body and still get great results.
  6. I finished the program without injuring myself one time.
  7. It’s easy enough that I hold myself accountable for doing the work.  Hard enough that I’m high school skinny.
  8. My results motivate me to FUEL my body – not food my body.
  9. I feel balanced.  I behave during the week with food selections and enjoy mild splurges on the weekends.
  10. I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years.  I just had a physical.  At 36, my bloodwork is impeccable.  Hell ya!
  11. The variety of workouts keeps it interesting.  Especially Speed 2.0. – It compels my inner hip-hop queen to bust out some sick moves.
  12. All I need is the space of one yoga mat and light dumbbells.
  13. Shaun T is easy on the eyes.  Period.
  14. Other people notice the positive changes in my body and want to know what I’m doing.  That feels awesome.
  15. Doing the work gives me a natural high.  T25 combats gloomy Michigan.
  16. I feel good when I look good.  T25 is fast, cheap therapy.
  17. I did not do double Fridays and still love my new body.
  18. I love my new body!!!  Shout that shit from the rooftops!!!
  19. My stomach looks the best it’s looked since I had twins 9 years ago.
  20. My legs are solid, my arms are toned and my ass is tight.
  21. My clothes are too big.  A guilt-free excuse to shop!
  22. I can rock cartwheels and handstands again.
  23. It’s the first time I’ve joined a Facebook Fitness Challenge Group.  I love the social interaction and motivation Coach William Hill brings to the table.  It’s fun!  You should join us too!
  24. The people that committed  to T25 with me are just as motivated by their results as I am – including my mom who is 63!
  25. I enjoyed the first 10 weeks of Alpha and Beta so much I volunteered for another 5 weeks of Gamma!  And if I knew the next letter of the Greek alphabet, I would write Shaun T a letter and request a fourth phase.  I want more T25!!t25_featured-300x300
